Description
In this paper, transport in the mixed state of YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 (BSCCO) thin films in parallel magnetic field configuration is studied with precision angular alignment of magnetic field and layer plane. For YBCO, an anomalous resistive component independent of the macroscopic Lorentz is separated from an ordinary component. For BSCCO, a new feature is found at elevated current densities near the parallel configuration
