Device for remote determination of the sensitivity of electronic instrumentation of gamma flaw detectors

The paper describes a device for the remote determination of the sensitivity of the electronics of gammadefectoscopes, which contains a defectometer holder with a selsyn system drive. In order to simplify the design by avoiding the use of reference articles bearing specially induced defects and by eliminating the necessity of mounting the defectometers on each article being controlled, the holder with the defectometers mounted on it is placed between the window of the radiation detector collimator and it can be rotated. As a result of the holder rotation, the defectometers shut the collimator window at the moment of intersecting the system axis 'the source - the radiation detector'
