Some comments on the New Quantity Effective Dose and Preliminary Datas for neutrons

Description
A brief article discusses the new radiological protection quantity, effective dose, E, in relation to the old quantity, effective dose equivalent, HE(sub). Data are also presented for effective dose and effective dose equivalent normalised to unit neutron fluence, from 0.5 eV to 14 MeV, calculated in the MIRD-V phantom for anterior-posterior and rotational irradiation.
