Basing of variation principal for stationary linearized Boltzmann equation in case of electrons' transfer and scattering in a weakly ionized gas under effect of internal electromagnet force
Description
Boundary-value problem for stationary linearized Boltzmann equation which describes process of electrons' transfer and scattering in weakly ionized gases is formulated. External force (electromagnet) got in equation in form of coefficient depending both space coordinates and the wave vector. Variation principle is proved for this case. 7 refs
