Automatic translation: 1 Introduction: The first bake-out experiment with the new cold finger apparatus (Schenk 1982) was carried out isothermally at 1600°C. for a total of 310 hours. An AVR 15 fuel element of type GO 2 was heated with (Th, U)O2 LTI TRISO particles (see attached factory acceptance certificate for FRJ2-K11, where 15 fuel elements were inserted in positions 03 and 04 AVR). The fuel element 26 from the AVR sample 70 was handed over to the AVR on 06/08/83 taken after irradiation for approx. 500 full work days up to approx. 1 x 1025m2 (E> 0.1 MeV) fast fluence. The measured burnup is 8.24% FIMA (Schröder 1983).
Abstract (German)
1. Einleitung: Das erste Ausheizexperiment mit der neuen Kühlfingerapparatur (Schenk 1982) wurde isotherm bei 1600°C über eine Gesamtdauer von 310 Stunden durchgeführt. Geheizt wurde ein AVR 15 Brennelement der Type GO 2 mit (Th,U)O2 LTI TRISO Partikeln (siehe beiliegendes Werksabnahmezeugnis für FRJ2-K11, wo in Position 03 und 04 AVR 15 Brennelemente eingesetzt wurden). Das Brennelement 26 aus der AVR Stichprobe 70 wurde am 08.06.83 dem AVR entnommen nach Bestrahlung für ca. 500 Vollasttage bis zu etwa 1 x 1025 m-2 (E > 0.1 MeV) schneller Fluenz. Der gemessene Abbrand ist 8.24 % FIMA (Schröder 1983).Files
