Description
For KTaO3:Ti3+ crystal are obtained the relaxation frequency and activation energy by two methods: from temperature broadening of the Ti3+ ESR lines and from temperature measurements of the tangent of the dielectric loss angle. On the base of analysis of obtained results is made a supposition on the diffusion mechanism of relaxation in the crystal. From dielectric measurements is determined the local field coefficient η = 43. The most probable position of Ti3+ in KTaO3 crystal is discussed. 16 refs.; 2 figs
