Research on an extensive wavelength domain and an efficient X-rays condensing element
- 1. Horiba Co., Ltd., Scientific Systems R and D Dept., Kyoto (Japan)
- 2. Japan Atomic Energy Research Inst., Kansai Research Establishment, Kizu, Kyoto (Japan)
Description
In this research, it has aimed at creating high-intensity, micrometer-sized X-ray beam by glass capillary X-ray concentrator. As a pure research to achieve these, the efficiency of X-ray concentrator and the profile of an X-ray beam investigated. At the same time, the simulation program which used the ray tracing method to request the characteristic of an X-ray Guide Tube was made. (author)
