Scattering of X-rays by plasmons in boron
Description
The X-ray spectra of inelastically scattered X-radiation from an X-ray tube operating at 57.5 kV using polycrystalline B as scatterer are presented. The X-ray spectra at three different scattering angles of φ = 45.00, 55.00, and 65.00 are displayed. The values of energy shift of p1 and p2 plasmon bands and of two new bands c1 and c2 (related to the fine structure of the scatterer) from the position of the primary CuKβ line are given and explained
