Reverse magnetization regions in Co70Fe5Si10B15 amorphous alloy

Description
Microdistribution of magnetization and surface microregion magnetization processes in amorphous alloy Co70Fe5Si10B15 were experimentally investigated as well as effects of different treatment types on the mentioned magnetic characteristics. The results obtained testify to a stochastic magnetic structure on the amorphous band surface resulted from magnetic anisotropy dispersion due to structural (fluctuations of value of interatomic distance, substance density) and chemical (fluctuations of concentration of metalloid atoms) disorders peculiar to magnetic amorphous materials
