On cation distribution in ternary molybdates
Description
Vibrational spectra of KMgSc(MoO4)3 and KMgLu(MoO4)3 molybdates, as well as of phases of variable composition on their basis were investigated. It is shown that in K+Mg →M3+ substitution cations of trivalence elements are located in magnesium positions, whereas additional vacancies are formed in potassium sublattice
