Conference report: Twenty years experience in radiation protection - review and outlook

Description
Together with the International Radiation Protection Association the Swiss-German Radiation Protection Organization and Austrian Radiation Protection Organization provided a meeting on 'twenty years experience in radiation protection - review and outlook' to be taking place in Salzburg, September 15-19, 1986. The report informs about the general papers contributed to the discussion of eight topics. Being the first large-scale meeting of its kind after the Chernobyl reactor accident it was characterized by numerous additional poster sessions and a podium discussion on this event. (RB)

Unter dem Thema 'Twenty Years Experience in Radiation Protection - Review and Outlook' fuehrten der deutsch-schweizerische Fachverband und der Oesterreichische Verband fuer Strahlenschutz zusammen mit dem Internationalen Strahlenschutz-Verband vom 15.-19. Sept. 1986 eine Tagung in Salzburg durch. Der Bericht geht auf die zu 8 Themenkreisen gehaltenen Uebersichtsreferate ein. Die Tagung war das erste grosse Treffen von Strahlenschutzfachleuten nach dem Reaktorunfall von Tschernobyl und war durch zahlreiche Poster-Beitraege und durch eine Podiumsdiskussion zu diesem Ereignis erweitert worden.
