Development of heat exchanger thin tube processing equipment (capillary vertical cutting, rolling)
Description
In the decommissioning of nuclear power plants, it is necessary to decontaminate and dismantle each device. Since the heat exchanger tube of the heat exchanger is thin, it is difficult to decontaminate and there is a large amount, so it is necessary to treat it efficiently. This time, we will introduce the outlines of the 'device that cuts the thin tube vertically' and 'device that stretches the cut thin tube into a flat plate' as the devices that efficiently process into a shape that is easy to decontaminate. 原子力発電所の廃止措置では、各機器の除染・解体が必要である。熱交換器の伝熱管は細いため除染がしにくく、大量にあるため、効率的に処理する必要がある。今回、除染のし易い形状へ効率的に処理する装置として、「細管を縦に切断する装置」と、「切断した細管を平板状に伸ばす装置」を開発したため、その概要を紹介する。(著者)Additional details
