Time dependence of the J/ψ suppression in the quark gluon plasma

Description
The time dependent survival probability of the J/ψ, embedded in the medium of quark gluon plasma has been studied. The screening as well as the dissipative effects in the dissolution of J/ψ in QGP have been described through an optical model potential. (author)
