Heat treatment of VT22 alloy with coarse-grained microstructure

Description
VT22 alloy in the form of a hot forged rod of 12x12 mm section size with the following chemical composition, %:5.3 Al, 4.6 Mo, 4.9 V, 1.2 Cr, 1.3 Fe, 0.11 Si, 0.04C, 0.12 O2, 0.02N has been investigated. Considered is a possibility for improving mechanical properties of semifinished product with a coarse-grained microstructure by a special heat treatment
