The extraction of uranium from uranyl sulphate solution by liquid-supported membrane process

Description
The paper describes the extraction of uranium from uranyl sulphate sloution by liquid-supported membrane process in laboratory. An investigation of primary factors effecting the transport process of uranium was conducted. Satisfactory results obtained: enrichement ratio being 175, life time of the membrane in a continuous operation up to 1000 hrs
