Determination of the total intrinsic efficiency in term of distance of 3x3 NAI(TI) crystal

Description
There is no certain formula with good accuracy related to the total intrinsic efficiency(ET), for 3x3 NaI(TI) crystal, with gamma energy(E). It is almost an empirical formula depending upon three factors, crystal size, gamma energy range and crystal-source distance. In present work the effect of the thied factor on total intrinsic efficiency (ET) is studied keeping the other two factors constant.
