WASH 1400 - reactor safety study
Description
Examination of WASH 1400 shows that it is relevant to the study of the Three Mile Island accident because the sequence of failures in the accident are discussed in the report, and the occurrence of the accident is consistent with WASH 1400 predictions. WASH 1400 results, and the lessons that should have been learned from the report are discussed. (U.K.)
