This Technical Guide is a document in which the Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN) establishes the criteria and methods whereby it can exercice control and determine the procedure for implementating at technical level the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations on nuclear installations, packaging of radioactive materials, licensing procedures, etc. for purposes of nuclear safety and radiation protection.
