Anisotropy of long-wave optical absorption of CuInTe2 monocrystals

Description
The first observation and studying of anisotropy of long-wave optical absorption of monocrystals CuInTe2 are presented. Spectral position of maximum of linear dichroism of transmission, anisotropy of optical absorption at T=300K and the temperature coefficient of the energy of optical activation of levels in the range from 370 to 77 K are determined. It is shown that long-wave absorption dominates in cross polarization, that melts the choice requirements for Γ6v→Γ6c transitions
