Description

Heavy Ion Medical Accelerator in Chiba (HIMAC) accelerator system has been improved in order to increase accuracy and efficiency in an ion therapy, and to widen a scope of biological and physical experiments. The paper reports the development of HIMAC accelerator system. (author)
