Demonstration of precise anatomical details in coarctation of the aorta by using MR-tomography and digital subtraction angiography. MR-tomography is without risk concerning ionisating effects and contrast medium. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Es erfolgt eine praezise anatomische Darstellung einer Aortenisthmusstenose mittels Kernspintomographie. Die digitale Subtraktionsangiographie und die Kernspintomographie sind gleich aussagekraeftig, wobei letzteres Untersuchungsverfahren keine Belastung mit ionisierender Strahlung bringt, desgleichen keine Kontrastmittelgefaehrdung der Patienten.
