Effect of different absorbed doses of external γ-radiation on the formation of hypotensive reaction caused by carbacholin

Description

The acute irradiation of rats at the absorbed doses as 1 and 6 Gy was made on 'Igur' facility with 5.4 R/min power. The summary level of hypotensive reaction, connected with the activation on M-cholinoreceptors of vascular and cordial mechanisms with Carbacholin, did not differ significantly in control and irradiated animals. However the contribution of cordial mechanism into the development of hypotensive reaction irradiated rats was verifiably lesser that in control, the increase of sensitivity of heart M-cholinoreceptors to the agonist was observed, especially after 6 Gy
