Description

We present a calculation of the process B(bar sign)0→D0η' within a heavy-light chiral quark model. We assume that the η' has a gluonic component, described via an effective glue-glue-η' vertex. The main contribution comes from the nonfactorizable part of the effective weak Lagrangian at the quark level. Within our model-dependent assumptions, we find from the gluonic mechanism alone a branching ratio BRB-bar0→D0η')=(1.9-3.3)x10-4, somewhat below the experimental upper bound of 9.4x10-4
