An unexpensive radioelectrophoretic system
- 1. Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Mexico City. Facultad de Quimica
Description
We present a power supply for electrophoretic applications which helps to reduce the problems of heat dissipation and buffer evaporation, especially at high voltages. This is accomplished by pulsed operation of the power supply, with the operating conditions (V,I) unchanged, reducing this way the total power output to any prefixed value. Electrophoretograms obtained under different voltages, frequencies and for different substances are shown. (author)
