The influence of vitamin preparations on the activity of some enzymes of protein metabolism in the irradiated organism
Description
The effects of vitamin B6; B6 and ATP; B1, B6, FMN, PP, and ATP on the enzymatic activity of GOT, GPT, GDH, and OCT in liver cells of rabbits following whole-body irradiation with 450 R of X-rays were studied. Depending on the subcellular organization of the enzymes, on the time after irradiation and on the preparations administered changes of the enzymatic activity were found. (author)
