Critical period for decision-making regarding stable coal supply of TPP Bitola

The expressed remaining exploitation of coal reserves in Suvodol Mine, determines the supply and continuously work of the three units in Power Station Rek-Bitola until 2011. Quantity, quality, limited annual capacity possibilities of potential findings, needed period of time 3-5 years for opening new coal findings and their level in the investments, are reasons that condition bringing of respective Program, with intention for continuously prolonging and satisfying needs of coal for the three units in Power Station Rek-Bitola - until 2025. The offered study, through relevant parameters of potential coal findings presentation, has the main purpose to bring out their specifics and to determine the last critical period, which undoubtedly will bring out the need of making a proper Decision, that will condition assuming urgent operative activity for opening new deposits for coal exploitation.
