The Director General has received a communication dated 24 August 2016 from the Resident Representative of Argentina and the Resident Representative of Brazil to the Agency, containing a joint communiqué by the President of the Argentine Republic, and the Vice President of the Federative Republic of Brazil and Acting President of the Republic, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Brazilian–Argentine Agency for Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials (ABACC).
