Investigation of inhomogeneities of optical and luminescence poperties in p-CdZnTe

Macroinhomogeneities with the dimensions of up to 10 min are detected on the surface of p-CdZnTe monocrystals. Correlation between luminescence spectra in the region of edge band and optical transmission spectra within 5-20 μm spectral range is detected inside them
