Radiation-chemical synthesis of polyfluoroaromatic derivatives of silicon under fast electron action

Description
It is shown that vapour-phase radiation-chemical synthesis of polyfluoroaromatic derivatives of silicon on the basis of hexafluorobenzene and pentafluorochlorobenzene with methyldichlorosilane and trichlorosilane proceeds with a high yield. All the main and side products have been isolated and identified. It is established that the addition of silyl radical to the pentafluorochlorobenzene molecule is in ortho-position to the chlorine atom
