Polarized bremsstrahlung in a partially ionized plasma

Description
The spectral bremsstrahlung intensity in a partially ionized plasma for Born colliding particles is calculated. The contribution to the polarization bremsstrahlung of delocalized and bound electrons and ions is taken into account in a united formalism. The conditions of the considerable effect of these contributions are determined. It is shown that in the definite ranges of parameter changes the account of interference between them is necessary. The interference between bete-Geitler and polarization bremsstrahlung on delocalized plasma electrons which proved to be significant in a wide range of transmitted wave vectors (close to the reverse Debye radius), is considered. For nonrelativistic plasma electrons the effect of ''pulting off'' of the Debye ''fur coat'' in the course of bremsstrahlung with the simultaneous account of bete-Geitler and polarization mechanisms is found
