Time differential perturbed angular correlations study in Hf(IV) mandelates complexes: stereospecificity and Szilard-Chalmers effects
Description
TDPAC measurements have been performed at 181Ta nuclei in complexes of hafnium (IV) with dl, d and l mandelic acid. The changes of the quadrupolar interaction parameters with the nature of ligands are discussed in terms of a stereospecific effect. The consequences of the neutron capture reaction 180Hf(n,γ)181Hf in the dl complex are studied

Les perturbations des correlations angulaires differentielles des rayonnements de γ-γ de 133-482keV du 181Ta dans des complexes du hafnium avec les isomeres optiques de l'acide mandelique ont ete analysees.
