Spontaneous and UV-induced variability of the amylolytic activity in Pullularia (Aureobasidium) pullulans strains of a different ploidy

Description
Polyploid strains Pullularia pullulans possess a higher degree of spontaneous variability, and tetraploid strain - a higher UV ray-induced bariability of amylolytic activity as compared with initial haploid culture. At that active versions appear in polyploids with a higher frequency
