The Czech Republic National Report under the Convention on Nuclear Safety

Description

This National Report was submitted by the Czech Republic for the Sixth Review Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Joint Convention and the second report to the European Commission in implementation of the Directive. The provision of the Czech Atomic Act of 2016 were also taken into account. The report is structured as follows: Existing nuclear installations; Legislative and regulatory framework; Regulatory bodies; Responsibilities of the licence holder; Priority to safety; Financial and human resources; Human factors; Quality assurance;Assessment and verification of safety; Radiation protection; Emergency preparedness; Siting; Design and construction; and Operation.
