Separate determination of small concentrations of iron, copper, zinc, arsenic, lead, bismuth and molybdenum by fluorescence x-ray radiometric analysis

Description
Article considers the separate determination of small concentrations of iron, copper, zinc, arsenic, lead, bismuth and molybdenum by fluorescence x-ray radiometric analysis. Fluorescence X-ray radiometric analysis is based on excitation using a radioactive source of x-ray radiation of elements included in the sample, and on the subsequent analysis of this radiation of the spectrometers in a semiconductor detector. Using this technique, the contents of iron, zinc, arsenic, lead, bismuth and molybdenum were determined in various samples. The results are shown in tables. The sensitivity of determining of these elements is 0, 011% to 0, 005%, respectively. (author)
