Digital gamma-angiocardiographic circumferential analysis assessment of regional left ventricular contraction

Description
After acquisition of a digital equilibrium gamma-angiocardiography, circumferential analysis of end-diastolic and end-systolic frames gives 120 points diastolic and systolic curves. Their difference represents systolic volume and leads to regional left ventricular ejection fraction assessment at the considered radius level. The circumferential analysis evolute gives the regional left ventricular ejection fraction representative curves which allows especially differential diagnosis between left ventricular akinesia and dyskinesia
Abstract (French)
Apres acquisition d'une gamma-angiocardiographie numerisee a l'equilibre, l'analyse circonferentielle des images ventriculaires gauches telediastolique et telesystolique permet d'obtenir un releve des valeurs diastoliques et systoliques selon 120 points, dont la difference traduit le volume sanguin ejecte par systole et permet d'obtenir la fraction d'ejection ventriculaire gauche locale au niveau du rayon considere. Le developpe de cette analyse circonferentielle conduit a la courbe representative de la fraction d'ejection ventriculaire gauche locale qui permet notamment la distinction entre akinesies et dyskinesies ventriculairesAdditional details
