Theoretical study of the stability of compression of thin-wall shell targets exposed to the laser radiation with the pulse energy of the order of 1 kJ
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Fizicheskij Inst.
Description
On the basis of two-dimensional numerical calculations the stability was studied of compression of thin-wall shell targets upon their exposure to the laser radiation with the energy in the order of 1 KJ. Requirements are formulated on the accuracy of target manufacturing and on the deviation from the spherical symmetry of the target exposure in order to ensure the stable compression
