Non-emanating samples of the Rn series from 226Ra, 228Th and 227Ac

Description
Thin solid samples have been prepared for the Rn series from 226Ra, 228Th and 227Ac using a thin layer of TiO2 that retains Rn, while yielding alpha-particle resolution of approximately 50 keV. These sources are therefore suitable for a variety of calibration purposes. (Author)
