Use of HTSC-materials in spin-wave electronics

Description

Propagation of electromagnetic and spin waves in laminated structures of ferrite-dielectric-superconductor was considered. Dispersion relations for normal waves, localised on a ferrite layer were obtained. Numerical analysis of conditions of electromagnetic wave propagation in laminated wavequiding structures of superconductor-ferrite-superconductor and superconductor-ferrite was conducted. Experimental study was made on amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics of mentioned structures above and below transition temperature. Correlation of calculation and experimental data for film and ceramic samples of YBa2Cu3O7-δ and (Bi0.7Pb0.3)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O7 compounds in combination with epitaxial film structure FYG-GGG was conducted. Calculation and experimental results supported the possibility of effective control of dispersion characteristics of spin waves in mentioned laminated structures and promising character of their application in controlled systems of spin-wave electronics
