Blistering of the OKh16N15M3B steel irradiated by He+ ions, E=0.3-1.8 MeV
Description
Investigated was blistering of commercial and remelted in vacuum OKh16N15M3B stainless steel, depending on helium ion energy, irradiation dose and temperature of the subsequent annealing. Determined were erosion coefficient values, caused by the blistering in the 0.3-1.8 MeV ion energy interval. Threshold values of irradiation doses and annealing temperatures, causing characteristic types of surface structure damage, were also determined. Stated was the correspondence between volume and surface damages. The results obtained were compared with the present blistering theories
