Atomic energy - and still it threatens

Description
The opinion that nuclear power threatens our legal rights less than other technical developments do is critically reviewed. According to the author, nuclear technology is a direct, multidimensional threat to our legal rights and constitution. Abstract (German)
Die Auffassung, die Kernenergie bedrohe weniger als andere technische Entwicklungen die Grundrechte, wird nachfolgend einer kritischen Pruefung unterzogen. Der Verfasser sieht in der Nutzung der Nukleartechnologie eine unmittelbare, mehrdimensionale Bedrohung unserer Grundrechtsordnung. Die Relativierung der Nukleartechnologie als einer von vielen 'modernen Technologien' haelt er fuer unangemessen. (orig./HP)Additional details
