Description
A mixture of a single-tailed surfactant, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and a double-tailed surfactant, didodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide in a ternary water-oil system was investigated using small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) technique. It was found that at 50-50% volume fraction of water and oil, the stable phase is a lamellar phase
