Description

A theory of electron scavenging in a disordered medium has been developed. This theory is based on the percolation approach to the description of a trap-to-trap tunnelling motion of electrons in glassy systems and allows to predict kinetic laws for the multi-step tunnelling mechanism of electron scavenging in low temperature solids.
