Test of vectorlike weak lepton currents in e+e- annihilation
Description
From some of the vectorlike weak currents such as the one suggested by Fritzsch et al., the radiative decay of heavy leptons allows us to test it for arbitrary values of parameters in e+e- annihilation at presently available energies, provided that the charged heavy lepton is identified with the U-particle. Existing data already constrain the mass of the neutral lepton to be approximately < 8 GeV. (orig.)

Fuer einige der vektoraehnlichen schwachen Stroeme, wie den von Fritzsch et al. Vorgeschlagenen, erlaubt es der Strahlungszerfall von schweren Leptonen, den schachen Strom fuer beliebige Parameterwerte der e+e- -Annihilation bei gegenwaertig moeglichen Energien zu testen, vorausgesetzt das geladene schwere Lepton wird mit dem U-Teilch identifiziert. Existierende daten legen bereits eine obere Grenze von 8 GeV fuer die Masse des neutralen Leptons fest. (orig./BJ)
