Formation of sulphur-depleted zones near nickel surface under irradiation
- 1. AN SSSR, Sverdlovsk (USSR). Inst. Fiziki Metallov
Description
Sulphur redistribution in nickel single crystal under 5 MeV electron radiation at 350 deg C up to the 1019 cm-2 radiation dose is investigated. It is detected that after irradiation of samples with equilibrium sulphur distribution in the near-the-surface region, the sulphur-depleted zone, being a fraction of micron in width, is formed
