Irradiation Influence on Alloys Microstructure Time Evolution

Description
Metals and alloys microstructure evolution has been considered. So materials are under irradiation they swell if only the irradiation leads to generation. Full equations system is obtained to describe time evolution the microstructure of irradiated material. The expressions of swelling velocity are found. On a permanent source of point defects (Frenkel's pairs concentration) to have been shown the swelling varies linearly with time. Besides the swelling velocity expressions are found by the source been impulse one. Last case is more practicable than the former
