The authors and editors of the Festschrift wish to pay tribute to Professor Rudolf Lukes as an outstanding researcher and teacher. The fifty contributions to the Festschrift are arranged under the three main aspects of 'law and technology', 'cartel law, commercial law, European Community law', and 'general law'. The foreword exhibits the professional career of Professor Lukes, the significance and diversity of his scientific work, his scientific approach, and his personal merits. (RST)

Mit einer Festschrift wollen Autoren und Herausgeber den Jubilar als Forscher und Lehrer ehren. In drei Abschnitten werden (1) Recht und Technik; (2) Kartellrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht, Europarecht sowie (3) Allgemeines Recht mit insgesamt 50 Beitraegen behandelt. In einem Vorwort werden der berufliche Werdegang, Bedeutung und Vielfalt des wissenschaftlichen Werkes des Jubilars, die wissenschaftlichen Ansaetze seiner Arbeiten sowie seine Persoenlichkeit herausgestellt.
