Anisotropy of radiation-stimulated processes in potassium perchlorate crystals
Creators
Description
The influence of impurity ions Tl+, ClO3-, NO3- on the initial radiation chemical yield of paramagnetic centers in single crystals of KClO4, irradiated at 77 K is described. A model of anisotropic migration of mobile holes is proposed. Crystalline KClO4 is suggested as a model object with a quasi-unidimensional anionic subsystem. 5 refs., 1 fig
