Description
In the work the first stage of the H-centers association at thermal annealing of KBr crystal irradiated by X-rays at temperature 4.2 K were studied. Also the quantum-chemical simulation was carried out. On the base of obtained experimental results and quantum-chemical calculations the different di-H-formations microstructures were determined. For the first time it was manifested that the formation of Br20 interstitial molecule is the first stage of the H-centers association
