Automatic translation: The relevance of the study lies in the fact that in addition to the classical stochastic effects of radiation on human health in the form of an increase in the frequency of malignant neoplasms (MNO), radiation risks of non-cancerous diseases, such as diseases of the circulatory system (CVD), have been observed in various irradiated cohorts for decades. However, at present, the International Commission on Radiological Protection does not use the known BSK radiation risk assessments to justify a modern radiological protection system [ICRP Publication 103, 2009].

Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что помимо классических стохастических эффектов действия радиации на здоровье человека в виде увеличения частоты злокачественных новообразований (ЗНО), в различных облучённых когортах на протяжении десятков лет наблюдались радиационные риски нераковых заболеваний, таких как болезни системы кровообращения (БСК). Однако, в настоящее время Международная комиссия по радиологической защите не использует известные оценки радиационных рисков БСК для обоснования современной системы радиологической защиты [Публикация 103 МКРЗ, 2009].Additional details
