Plasma deceleration in the backcurrent layer due to a nonzero conduction of the ionosphere
Description
Plasma deceleration in the layer of the back-current solar convection, accelerated by gas pressure gradient in the direction from subsolar point to magnetosphere tail due polarization electrical field discharge through ionosphere with non-zero conductivity. It is shown that deceleration effect under undisturbed conditions is not extremely significant but it essentially increases with increase of the ionosphere conductivity due to particle rash precipitation. Electric field in the backcurrent solar convection and longitudinal current flowing to ionosphere and backward is evaluated
